In 2024, we ran long form courses to create deep learning in Intune and Defender XDR. But as we saw during the six-month courses, the textbook was sometimes out of date as new features and reorganization of the portals was constantly occurring. Our instructors had to adjust to bring you the latest information. Such is life with an agile cloud product. This rate of change in features and function mean that we have to be in a continuous state of learning.

Newsletter plus instruction
Some people like to read and learn. Some like to watch and learn. Some like to do and learn. The heart of all though, is the knowledge that you NEED to learn and WHAT needs to be learned. This is why we have developed a two-part approach to maintaining your knowledge in Defender XDR and Intune.
To help MSPs and IT Professionals keep up with changes in Intune and Defender XDR, Third Tier will be producing a monthly newsletter that highlights the most interesting, important and significant changes to both products. This newsletter will be delivered in the second week of the month.
Then our instructor will develop a web delivered education session to deep dive into some of this content so that you understand the significance of the change and how to implement it. This session will be delivered during the third week of the month. It will be recorded, transcript and recapped with Copilot to make it easy for you to review the content after the live session.
What will be in the newsletter?
The newsletter will be in a very similar format to our general M365 Admins newsletter. In that, it will contain a curated set of articles that we think are the most relevant and will link back to the original source of the content.
What will the live educational webinar be like?
Each month, the week following the publication of the newsletter, we will develop a webinar that demonstrates how to implement some of the content featured in the newsletter. We will also highlight needs to know changes. The videos will also be recorded for later viewing and downloadable too!
