The purpose of this three-month 7 session course will be for an MSP to come to an understanding of the AI opportunity for their MSP and then develop a plan for rollout of the new service offering. At the end of this course, you will have developed your AI Consultancy plan and be ready to integrate it into your MSP offering.
This course will be released soon! It will cost $600 per student and includes 2 months of MSP Mastermind group participation after which time you will have the option of continuing in one of our permanent Mastermind groups of like-sized MSPs. This is a bonus $400 value to aid in the growth of your MSP.
Course structure
We will start the 10-week period by reviewing an AI acceptable use template that can be used immediately as a quick start introduction for new services to come to your clients. Then we’ll begin to review the breadth of the AI opportunity including data governance, compliance, monitoring, security and integration.
We will have a total of 7 meetings. Expect to put work into your plan along the way. This course teaches you how to create a new service offering, it does not hand you one. You will custom craft your own offering through the course. Meeting 6 will set up a format for developing the new AI consultancy within your MSP offering and at Meeting 7, each student will present their program and receive feedback from the other students on the success potential of the program.
